Dothi Healthcare welcomes feedback, compliments, concerns and complaints. Feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

You have the right to raise a concern or make a complaint about the supports you receive. Making a complaint will not result in unfair treatment or disadvantage in the way Dothi Healthcare provides services.

You may make a complaint yourself or ask a family member, friend, nominee, advocate, Support Coordinator or another person you trust to assist you. You may also submit feedback or a complaint anonymously.
